The service

TMPlanner provides a clinician console and patient app for prescribing, reviewing and progressing exercise rehabilitation programs. Access is provisioned per clinic.

Clinical responsibility

TMPlanner is a tool for clinicians. It does not provide medical advice or make clinical decisions. Program content, phase progressions and patient care remain the responsibility of the treating clinician.

Accounts

Accounts are personal to the clinician and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Use TMPlanner only for delivering care to your own patients within your clinic. Don't attempt to access another clinic's data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Changes

While TMPlanner is in early access, features and these terms may change. We'll tell onboarded clinics about material changes before they take effect.
