Cliniko integration
TMPlanner connects to Cliniko, a practice-management system, so patients see their next appointment in the app.
What it does
TMPlanner reads appointments from Cliniko and keeps only those for the patients you link. Your patient sees their next one in the TMPlanner app.
Limits
- Read only. TMPlanner does not write anything back to Cliniko.
- Australian Cliniko accounts only.
- Cliniko is the one practice-management integration today. Tell us which software you use and we'll let you know what's planned.
Setting it up
- In the console, open Booking and connect with your API key from Cliniko. The key is stored server side and never shown again. Each clinician can connect their own key.
- Confirm each site's timezone to switch appointments on.
- Link each patient: look up their Cliniko patient ID, then choose the TMPlanner patient. Patients are never matched automatically. Their appointments arrive on the next sync.
Your data
A clinic's connection to Cliniko is under the clinic's own agreement with Cliniko. We are not responsible for a third-party provider's service or handling of data. See section 9 of our terms and our privacy policy.

What does my patient see?
The TMPlanner app takes them through each session, exercise by exercise, with a video for each one, and records completion, pain and symptoms as they go. Their clinic sets up their account, so there is nothing for them to configure. See the patient page for what to expect.
