About TMPlanner

Key facts

• TMPlanner is software for Australian physiotherapy clinics, made up of a web console where physiotherapists build, review and progress home exercise programs and a patient app that guides each session at home.
• TMPlanner programs are planned ahead as phases, and every phase change is approved by the treating clinician.
• TMPlanner is run by BR Digital Pty Ltd, an Australian company, ABN 12 702 517 253.
• TMPlanner costs A$18 per clinician per week at the founding rate for the first ten Australian clinics, locked for twelve months, and A$23 per clinician per week at the standard rate after that, billed monthly, with prices including GST.
• TMPlanner has no self-serve signup, because clinics are set up by TMPlanner and clinician accounts are provisioned per clinic.
• TMPlanner stores patient records in an Australian cloud region in Sydney, and if a clinician uses AI note structuring or dictation, or records a consult, the note text or audio they submit may be processed outside Australia.
• TMPlanner handles health information and is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Who it is for

TMPlanner is for physiotherapists in Australian clinics. We are onboarding a small number of Australian physiotherapy clinics during early access, and clinician accounts are set up per clinic.

Data and trust

Each clinic's data is isolated, so a clinician sees only their own clinic's patients and a patient sees only their own program. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Patient records are stored in an Australian cloud region in Sydney. If a clinician uses AI note structuring or dictation, or records a consult, the note text or audio they submit may be processed outside Australia.
